Massage sessions combine the following:
Swedish
This technique is a traditional relaxation and circulation enhancement treatments that is easy on the muscles and the mind.
Deep Tissue
Designed to lengthen and work through tight muscle fibers by applying liberal pressure. Oohh! It hurts so good!
Sports Massage
Alleviates over trained muscle fatigue by using range of motion stretches and stimulating the body's natural healing process.
Events coming up? Include pre-event or post event massage as a part of a complete training program to help warm up and cool down your athlete.
Acupressure / Trigger Point Therapy
An Eastern culture technique to help balance the mind, body, and soul by encouraging energy to flow freely in the body.
Reflexology
Try this if you're short on time. Similar to acupressure, it is a style that works out the tension of the entire body through the reflexes on the feet.
(A really intense foot massage!)

Cost includes a client consultation along with each massage session. Office hours are Monday thru Saturday by appointment only.
Paraffin wax treatment
Deep heat for your hands and feet. Penetrates to alleviate aches and pains while adding moisturizers leaving skin silky smooth.
