FITNESS TEST ASSESSMENT

One session lasting approximately one hour. Testing % Body Fat, Strength and Flexibility. Includes some general fitness and nutritional counseling.

GETTING PHYSICAL

Four (4) one hour training sessions (one month expiration) With Fitness Test Assessment – Designed as an introduction to technique or progression and development of routine structure.

POWER UP

Eight (8) one hour training sessions (two month expiration) With Fitness Test Assessment – Training routines designed for your individual fitness goals to take you to the next level.

PARTNER TRAINING

Designed to help clients reach their goals within a group setting. (2 clients per group). Includes two private training sessions in first week.


REGULATIONS: Participants must be under current membership. Personalized training and gift packages must be paid in advance and used within the designated period from the date of purchase. Twenty four (24) hour cancellation notice required. Payment due for late cancellations. Program sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payable by cash, check or credit card. Always consult your physician prior to beginning a new exercise or nutritional program.
